This hula hoop is very easy to use and it’s not heavy at all. Easy to assemble, so it’s suitable for traveling as well. I have been using it for a while now and have been able to lose some weight. It gets easier to twist with every day and it’s really worth it!

I’m not able to get to the gym now that I have a little one and after seeing this blow up on tiktok I decided to try it out. It functions like it’s supposed to. I just need to dedicate more time to using it to hopefully see results.

I love my weighted hula hoop. It’s sturdy, works well, easy to figure out. I use it while watching tv for 30 to 60 mins at a time and my abdomen really burns after I’m done.
